Best cold calling agencies to hire
1. Saleshive
Best for
Saleshive is best for B2B companies who want a high-volume, professionally managed cold calling campaigns without the headache of recruiting, training, and managing SDRs themselves.
About
If cold calling is your primary channel, SalesHive is one of the more serious options on the market.
They’ve been doing this for 10 years and have booked over 121,000 meetings. This number gives you a real sense of the volume they operate at.
The core of what they do is put experienced SDRs on the phone for you, every day, at high volume. Their callers are hitting 150+ dials a day.
But it’s not just about the number of calls; each campaign is backed by a dedicated strategist who builds your target list, writes the scripts, handles objection frameworks, and meets with you weekly to review what’s working and what isn’t.
They also have their own Power Dialer platform built specifically for cold calling, with real-time prospect data surfaced during calls, built-in DNC compliance, and instant calendar booking when a prospect agrees to a meeting.
Their SDRs are also US-based, but there is an option for SDRs based in the Philippines if you want a cheaper pricing option.
They work across 47+ industries, but their sweet spot tends to be SaaS, financial services, healthcare, and professional services.
Pricing
They have 3 pricing options which range from $7000 – $12 000 per month. The Phillipines based SDRs are cheaper, and their pricing ranges from $4500 to $7000 per month.
Reviews
SalesHive has a 4.3/5 on Trustpilot. The feedback that comes up most often centers on the quality of the meetings their callers are booking, not just the volume.
Clients in consulting, SaaS, and financial services tend to leave the most detailed reviews.
The one thing to go in knowing is that there’s a proper ramp-up phase before your SDRs pick up the phone; Typically two to three weeks of strategy, list building, and script development. It’s not a weakness so much as a sign that they’re doing the prep work properly rather than just dialing blind from day one.
2. Salesroads
Best for
Salesroads is best for B2B companies that want quality over quantity from their cold calling program.
They also focus on helping industries in manufacturing, healthcare, SaaS, and government-adjacent markets where a well-researched, well-handled call carries more weight than just dial volume.
About
SalesRoads has been doing this since 2007. They have years of experience behind them.
It means they’ve had to adapt through multiple shifts in how buyers respond to cold calls, and they’re still standing.
They’ve been featured in Fortune, Inc., and Entrepreneur, and they recently acquired VSA Prospecting, which only adds to their footprint in the lead generation space.
What makes SalesRoads a bit different from other cold calling agencies is their emphasis on conversation quality over call volume.
A lot of agencies lead with how many dials their reps make per day.
SalesRoads leads with how well their reps are trained.
The structure behind each campaign is solid, too. Every client gets a dedicated SDR, a sales operations team handling the backend, a Director of Client Success overseeing the relationship, and a Talent Development Manager focused on keeping caller performance sharp.
It’s a proper support system rather than just a lone rep making calls on your behalf.
Their goal is to make sure the meetings their callers book are actually worth your sales team’s time, not just a number on a report.
For companies that have been burned by agencies booking low-quality appointments just to hit a metric, that distinction matters a lot.
Pricing
Salesroads pricing is $9,950 per month.
This includes a dedicated SDR, sales operations team, director of client success and a talent development manager. The package includes cold calling and cold email.
Reviews
Salesroads scores a 4.9-star rating on G2. Clients keep mentioning how professional their callers were, as well as the quality of the appointments.
They also mentioned how great the responsiveness of the team was when adjustments needed to be made mid-campaign.
3. Belkins
Best for
Belkins is best for B2B companies that want their cold calling backed by research. They try to focus on lists that aren’t generic, and they are particularly good for industries like manufacturing, IT, SaaS, logistics, and healthcare.
About
Belkins is one of the more well-known names in the B2B cold calling space. They cover 50+ industries and have built up a good collection of third-party reviews. For example, 4.9 stars on Clutch and 4.8 on G2.
Their cold calling service is built around the idea that the work you do before a call matters just as much as the call itself.
They won’t just hand their reps a pre-bought contact list and let them start phoning.
Belkins researches and validates leads before any outreach begins.
Whether that translates into better results will depend on your market, but it’s a more considered approach than a lot of other agencies.
Scripts are written specifically for each campaign, which means that they do get their clients good leads.
Though results will vary depending on your industry and target audience.
Campaigns normally launch within 14 working days. Every call is recorded, and clients get access to live performance dashboards so you’re not left waiting for a summary at the end of the month.
Pricing
Belkins doesn’t mention their pricing on their website. But SalesBread has had clients who worked with Belkins in the past and mentioned how pricing can range from anything between $5k and $14,500 k per month.
Reviews
Belkins has one of the stronger review profiles in this space. They have a 4.8-star rating on G2.
Clients frequently mention the quality of booked appointments, good account management communication, and callers who come across professionally on the phone.
4. Leadium
Best for
Ledium is best for B2B companies that want to work with a tech-forward cold calling program with US-based SDRs, particularly in SaaS, cybersecurity, healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing.
About
Leadium is a full-service sales prospecting agency, with cold calling sitting at the center of what they do.
They say that 68% of all meetings booked through their campaigns come from cold calls specifically.
Their SDRs are US-based, which matters if your target buyers are in North America.
Each campaign starts with a research team building out a targeted prospect list based on your ideal customer profile. Where Leadium stands out is in their use of technology.
They partner with Nooks.ai, an AI-powered calling platform that handles a lot of the manual efforts.
Such as increasing dial volume, transcribing and scoring calls, flagging coaching opportunities, and even running AI roleplays to help SDRs improve their skills before they’re on live calls.
Pricing
Ledium doesn’t mention pricing on their website, unfortunately. You would have to book a call with them to find out how much they charge. Clutch shows that their pricing is greater than $25 per hour, and their minimum project size is $1000.
Reviews
Leadium has a big presence across main review platforms. On G2, they score 4.2 stars.
Client feedback shows that many were happy with the quality of leads and the professionalism of their SDRs. People also liked the transparency of reporting.
One thing to keep in mind is that Leadium is more tech-driven than some of the other agencies on this list.
If you’re after a high-touch, boutique experience with a very small team managing your account, they might feel a bit more process-heavy than you’d prefer.
5. Level Up Leads
Best for
Levelup Leads is a good option for B2B companies that want flexible pricing options. They are also a good choice for SaaS, IT, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, MSPs, energy, real estate, and HR industries.
About
LevelUp Leads is a California-based SDR agency that is fully remote. They aren’t as well known as other agencies out their, but their client base includes some big names such as:
Siemens, Vodafone, Hootsuite, and Rackspace.
Their cold calling service is built around intent-driven prospecting, meaning they try to reach prospects who are the right fit for your offer rather than just working down a broad list.
The process starts with finding your ideal customer profile, building and approving a sample list, designing a personalized campaign, and then launching and managing the outreach on a daily basis.
Each plan comes with a dedicated customer success manager, a copywriter who handles call scripts, AI coaching tools for SDR training, a custom reporting dashboard, and CRM integration with the likes of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho.
The AI coaching environment is worth mentioning. It lets SDRs practice calls against simulated scenarios before they’re on live prospects, which helps maintain quality, especially as campaigns scale.
Pricing
They don’t share their pricing on their website, but mention how every business is different and how they tailor pricing to your company.
So it might be worth hopping on a call to see how much they would cost your company.
Reviews
Levelup Leads has a pretty high score on G2. 4.8 to be exact. Clients mention that they were happy with the quality of leads generated, the team’s industry knowledge, and how well they communicated through campaigns.
6. Upcall
Best for
Upcall is a good option for companies that want a flexible, pay-per-lead cold calling service. This will help if you don’t want to commit to a large monthly retainer.
About
Upcall takes a different approach to cold calling compared to most agencies on this list.
Rather than selling you a fixed monthly SDR package, they operate on a per-lead pricing model. This means that you only pay based on the volume of contacts you want reached, not a flat monthly fee.
You get a real-time dashboard to track performance, listen to recordings, and see what’s happening without waiting for a weekly report.
Users mentioned that setup is pretty quick, and because the model is on-demand rather than retainer-based, you can scale up or down depending on what your pipeline actually needs.
They’ve worked with over 4,000 companies, including names like Airbnb, Siemens, and QuickBooks, which shows that the platform holds up across different industries.
Pricing
Upcall doesn’t mention their pricing, but you can contact them for their pay-per-lead model.
Reviews
Upcall has a 4.9-star rating on Clutch… Many users mentioned how they loved their high-quality work and how professional they were.
7. Super Human Prospecting
Best for
Superhuman prospecting is best for small to mid-sized B2B companies that want US-based cold calling at a lower price point than most of the other agencies on this list, without skimping on call quality.
About
Superhuman Prospecting is a US-based outbound call center that is focused on cold calling and appointment setting.
What sets them apart is their human to human sales methodology, which is basically their philosophy around having genuine, conversation-driven calls rather than robotic script-reading.
They focus on training their reps to really listen.
They cover a wide range of B2B industries from software, manufacturing, healthcare, IT, insurance, education, and even some more niche verticals like cannabis and clinical trial recruitment.
Each campaign gets a custom script, a sales strategy session upfront, a dedicated strategist, and a real-time dashboard so you can see what’s happening without chasing anyone for updates.
Pricing
This is one of the cheaper agencies on the list.
Their Calls Only Flex plan starts at just $1,998/month, making it a realistic option for startups or smaller companies that can’t justify a $7,000+ monthly retainer.
The Premium SDR Bundle, which adds email outreach, lead nurturing, list building, and CRM integration, starts at $4,995/month.
List building is also available as a standalone service from $3.00 per contact. No long-term commitments on any plan, which is always a good sign.
Reviews
Superhuman prospecting has a 4.9 star rating on G2.
So they might be a really good agency for companies that want good results at a bit of a lower price compared to the other agencies on this list.
Does cold calling still work in 2026?
Yes, it does, but only if you are cold calling in the right industries.
Cold call someone who is a tech CTO, and it will never work. It just won’t work, full stop. But if you’re selling to project managers in construction companies, cold calling will work.
Why?
Becasue construction is an industry that lends itself really nicely to cold calling. The reason for this is becasue the day-to-day business is conducted on the phone in the construction space.
Even in 2026.
Quick story…. My brother is in the construction industry, and when I’m with him during the week, he is very regularly taking calls that are almost always from random numbers.
It’s just a matter of fact how things get done.
It could be wholesale suppliers or inspectors, and he will be called on; and this is partially why cold calling works to get these kinds of people on the phone.
Realators are another example where cold calling works great. The reason is that if you go on LinkedIn and start looking up realtors’ profiles, I would say about half of them provide their cell phone number on their profile.
They want inbound calls.
So if you’re wondering if cold calling will work in your industry, ask yourself if your ideal buyer works on their phones.
Do they regularly take calls from random numbers? If yes, then you are in an industry where cold calling is worth trying.
If you’re reaching out to CTOs, CFOs, and most business owners, you’re going to find that cold calling is not going to get you great results.
When should you consider hiring a cold calling agency?
There are two scenarios.
1. If you have some kind of cold calling testing. Maybe you have had your first sales rep do a little bit of cold calling, and if they were able to get some results (even just 2-3 booked appointments driven in a week), that at least validates cold calling.
If you have a sizable market and you have validated that cold calling works, by all means, hire a cold calling agency.
2. On the other side of the coin, you may have actually run with a cold calling agency before you have built your own in-house sales team.
The reason is that if you worked with the right cold calling services, they should have helped you validate whether cold calling is a viable channel for your business AND help you come up with the best scripts to use for your cold calling process.
Quick story…
I have a client who uses us for LinkedIn outreach, as well as a cold calling agency. He’s told me that he has been through 2 b2b cold calling services. The first was a generic, well-reviewed agency, and he said that it didn’t actually pan out. They never got any results from it.
He then switched over to a cold calling agency that specialized in a particular vertical (for example, healthcare, HR), and he said they had a great experience. They had excellent data quality, and it worked really well.
So you may want to look at specialized cold callers to help you book more sales meetings.
Try different channels for your business, too, not just cold calling services
If you’re in a position to hire a cold calling agency, you might want to try to get other channels to work along with them.
I would say, if you notice that you have a lot of buyers who are active on LinkedIn, then I would absolutely experiment with that channel. You could do this before you hire a cold calling agency, after, or even alongside working with one.
It’s not uncommon for growth-minded companies to engage with partners who do cold calling and partners who do LinkedIn lead generation.
What to do when cold calling doesn’t work?
If you hire any of the companies above and realise it’s not working as well as you hoped it would, you might want to give LinkedIn outreach a try.
Why?
Becasue 19% positive reply rates are not uncommon. That’s our average at SalesBread across the board for clients. I would definitely keep that in mind if cold calling campaigns aren’t getting you the results that you want.
LinkedIn is a safe bet for many b2b companies.
Is cold calling more expensive than other forms of lead generation?
Cold calling can be a bit pricier than other forms of lead gen. It also depends on where your cold callers are located.
The client I mentioned earlier in the article hired a cold caller from Ohio, but he was sad to learn that a lot of the cold callers, when they were actually calling, weren’t from the USA, which could have had an impact on the responses he was getting.
Some cold calling agencies start at $4 k per month, but more commonly at $5k.
